This depends on the size of your tribe and a bunch of other factors, but assuming you create the best possible defense, the top hardest to raid locations with the most space are probably center ice cave, island ice cave, carno island cave, center lava cave (the one with all the grass), rag mushroom cave, aberration shadow cave, center crouch bear cave, and any of the island pearl caves.
